Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice apples into fry shapes.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, and sugar.
- Dip apple slices into the flour mixture.
- Coat apple slices in beaten egg.
- Roll apple slices in panko breadcrumbs.
- Place apple fries in the air fryer in a single layer.
- Spray with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with dipping sauce, if desired.
