- 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces and placing it in a large bowl.
- Rinse the broccoli florets under cold water and cut them into smaller pieces.
- Marinate the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Add the seasoned broccoli to the basket and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket once or twice.
- Check the chicken’s internal temperature to ensure it reaches 75°C (165°F) before serving.
- Serve warm, optionally garnished with extra seasoning or lemon juice.
Notes
- Chicken thighs can be used for a richer flavor, but adjust cooking time accordingly.
- Choose fresh broccoli for the best taste and texture.
- Experiment with different vegetables and spices for variety.
