Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces and placing it in a large bowl.
  2. Rinse the broccoli florets under cold water and cut them into smaller pieces.
  3. Marinate the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Add the seasoned broccoli to the basket and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket once or twice.
  7. Check the chicken’s internal temperature to ensure it reaches 75°C (165°F) before serving.
  8. Serve warm, optionally garnished with extra seasoning or lemon juice.
