Crispy and flavorful fish tacos made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb white fish fillets
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge fish in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat in cornmeal mixture.
- Place fish in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet.
- Assemble tacos with fish, cabbage, salsa, and cilantro.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use any white fish like cod or tilapia.
- Adjust spices to your preference.
- For extra flavor, marinate fish for 30 minutes before breading.
