Ingredients

- 1 pound beef steak, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, black pepper, and salt.
- Add steak strips to the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place steak strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
