Ingredients

- Ground cinnamon: 1 teaspoon

- Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon

Instructions
- Wash the ripe pears thoroughly under cool running water.
- Slice each pear into thin, fan-like slices, about 1/8 inch thick.
- In a small bowl, combine the ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt.
- Drizzle the lemon juice over the sliced pears and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture over the lemon-coated pear slices and toss again gently.
- Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (320°F) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the spiced pear slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook the pear slices in the air fryer for about 15-20 minutes, checking halfway through.
- Once done, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack before serving.
