Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- If using, add Parmesan cheese and mix well.
- Arrange zucchini in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispiness; cook longer if desired.
- Remove from air fryer and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add herbs like oregano or basil.
- Serve as a snack or side dish.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
