Description
Delicious apple cinnamon roll-ups made with soft bread, filled with spiced apples and served with syrup.
Ingredients

- 6 slices of bread
- 1 apple, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Butter for frying
- Syrup for serving
Instructions
- Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
- In a bowl, mix diced apples, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Place a spoonful of the apple mixture on one end of each bread slice.
- Roll the bread tightly around the filling.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Dip each roll in the egg mixture.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry each roll until golden brown on all sides.
- Serve warm with syrup.
