Ingredients

- 4 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, red bell pepper, green onions, and cilantro.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss to combine.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and mix again.
- Let it sit for 15 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
