Ingredients
- Ripe avocados: 2 medium, diced
- Ripe tomatoes: 4 medium (or a mix of cherry and larger tomatoes), chopped
- Fresh basil leaves: 1/4 cup, roughly chopped

- Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon (freshly squeezed)

Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and wash the tomatoes thoroughly under cold water.
- Chop larger tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and halve cherry tomatoes. Slice avocados in half, remove the pit, and dice the flesh into small cubes.
- In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the diced avocados and chopped tomatoes.
