- 6 slices of bacon
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, sauté the diced potatoes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the cooked potatoes in a baking dish, top with crumbled bacon, and pour the egg mixture over.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the eggs are set.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add onions or bell peppers.
- Use any cheese of your choice.
