Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis, grated
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grate the zucchinis and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a bowl, mix the zucchini with almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and beaten egg.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten the mixture to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool before cutting into crackers.
