Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium zucchinis, grated
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grate the zucchinis and squeeze out excess moisture.
  3. In a bowl, mix the zucchini with almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and beaten egg.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Flatten the mixture to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
