- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with crackers or sliced bread.
- You can add herbs for extra flavor.
