Description

A simple recipe for baked broccoli cheese balls that are crispy on the outside and cheesy on the inside.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
