A simple recipe for baked broccoli cheese balls that are crispy on the outside and cheesy on the inside.

- 2 cups cooked broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly spray the balls with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Can substitute cheddar cheese with your favorite cheese.
- Adjust seasonings to your preference.
- Use fresh or frozen broccoli.
