Description

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, toss sliced mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  3. Spread the mushroom mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheeses over the mushrooms.
