- 8 ounces pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 1 block feta cheese (about 8 ounces)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Place block of feta cheese in center of tomato mixture; drizzle additional olive oil on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until tomatoes burst and feta is creamy.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain.
- Remove baking dish from oven and mash feta with tomatoes to form a creamy sauce.
- Toss cooked pasta with the feta-tomato mixture until well coated.
- Garnish with fresh basil if desired and serve warm.
