- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Rinse the tilapia fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, and the juice of one lemon. Add salt, black pepper, and paprika, and whisk until well blended.
- Pour the lemon-garlic marinade over the tilapia fillets in a baking dish, ensuring each piece is evenly coated. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the marinated tilapia for 15-20 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
