- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken and Brussels sprouts to the bowl and coat them in the mixture.
- Place chicken and Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
