Description
Delicious banana pudding bars with a creamy filling and a crunchy crust.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, melted butter, and sugar until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes and cool completely.
- In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk until thick.
- Add vanilla extract and sliced bananas to the pudding mixture.
- Fold in whipped cream gently.
- Spread the pudding mixture over the cooled crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the fridge.
- Use ripe bananas for better flavor.
- Can substitute whipped cream with cool whip.
