Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup banana pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped bananas
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, combine melted butter and sugar.
  5. Add eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  7. Stir in banana pudding mix and milk until smooth.
  8. Add chopped bananas and walnuts, if using, and mix gently.
  9. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  11. Let cool before cutting into squares.
