Description

A delicious twist on the classic tiramisu using bananas.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Slice the bananas and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Dip ladyfingers in brewed coffee briefly.
  4. Layer half of the ladyfingers in a dish.
  5. Add half of the banana slices on top of the ladyfingers.
  6. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the bananas.
  7. Repeat the layers with remaining ingredients.
  8. Dust with cocoa powder on top.
  9. Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe bananas for better flavor.
  • Adjust sugar based on your sweetness preference.
