A delicious twist on the classic tiramisu using bananas.
Ingredients

- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Slice the bananas and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Dip ladyfingers in brewed coffee briefly.
- Layer half of the ladyfingers in a dish.
- Add half of the banana slices on top of the ladyfingers.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the bananas.
- Repeat the layers with remaining ingredients.
- Dust with cocoa powder on top.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for better flavor.
- Adjust sugar based on your sweetness preference.
- Serve chilled for best taste.
