- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter in a baking dish.
- Mix bananas, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Spread the banana mixture over the melted butter.
- In another bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, and baking powder.
- Add milk and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter over the bananas.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
- Can substitute brown sugar with coconut sugar for a different flavor.
