- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha to make the sauce.
- Coat shrimp in cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry shrimp until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove shrimp and toss in the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
Notes
- Adjust Sriracha for desired spiciness.
- Serve with rice or on lettuce wraps.
