Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha to make the sauce.
  2. Coat shrimp in cornstarch.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry shrimp until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Remove shrimp and toss in the sauce.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
