- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce.
- In another bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place slider buns on a baking sheet.
- Add a generous amount of BBQ chicken on each bun.
- Top each slider with coleslaw mixture.
- Cover with the top half of the buns.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until heated through.
Notes
- You can use store-bought rotisserie chicken for convenience.
