Description

  • 12 brioche slider buns: Soft and slightly sweet.

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise: For binding the coleslaw.
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar: Adds tang to the coleslaw.
  • 1 teaspoon sugar: Enhances coleslaw flavors.
  • Salt and pepper to taste: For seasoning.
  • Fresh parsley, chopped: For garnish.

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken with barbecue sauce until well coated.
  2. If desired, marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
  3. Toast brioche slider buns in the oven until lightly golden.
  4. On the bottom half of each bun, place a generous scoop of BBQ chicken mixture.
  5. Add a spoonful of coleslaw on top of the chicken.
  6. Place the top half of the buns over the coleslaw and secure with a toothpick if desired.
  7. Return assembled sliders to the oven for about 5 minutes to warm through.
