Description

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, onion, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place sliced steak in a resealable plastic bag or container and pour in the marinade. Seal and refrigerate for at least 4 to 8 hours.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated steak and any leftover marinade. Cook for 15–20 minutes, stirring frequently, until browned and cooked through.
  4. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
