Description

A rich and flavorful Thai curry made with tender beef, coconut milk, and a blend of aromatic spices.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, cut into cubes
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons Massaman curry paste
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a pot over medium heat and add the Massaman curry paste.
  2. Add the beef cubes and brown them on all sides.
  3. Stir in the chopped onion and cook until softened.
  4. Add the coconut milk, beef broth, fish sauce, and sugar. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the potatoes and carrots and cook until tender.
  6. Stir in the lime juice before serving.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
