Description
A quick and tasty beef stir fry with colorful vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thin
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and water; add to the pan.
- Cook for another 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
- Use any vegetables you like.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Marinate beef for extra flavor if desired.
