Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the beef. Mix well.
  5. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, half of the mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan. Stir until smooth.
  6. Stuff each pasta shell with the ricotta mixture, then place them in a baking dish.
  7. Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells.
  8. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  10. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
