Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season beef tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear the beef for 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
  4. Remove beef from skillet and let it rest.
  5. Add butter and mushrooms to the skillet.
