- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 4 tea bags (black or green tea)
- 1/4 cup honey or sugar
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices (optional)
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.
- Brew the tea by boiling the water and steeping the tea bags for about 5 minutes.
- Prepare the berry basil mixture by blending the mixed berries and fresh basil leaves until smooth.
- Combine the cooled tea with the berry basil mixture and sweeten to taste, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh basil and lemon slices if desired.
