A fresh and colorful big classic Italian salad packed with flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup black olives, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella balls
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and chop the lettuce.
- Combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, olives, mozzarella, and onion in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss well.
- Serve immediately.
