Ingredients

- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, ground beef, pickles, tomatoes, onions, and cheese.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir well to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add lettuce for extra crunch.
- Use turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
