Description

A delicious twist on the classic Big Mac, this pasta salad combines all the flavors in a fresh and easy dish.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, ground beef, pickles, tomatoes, onions, and cheese.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir well to combine.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
