A delicious sandwich featuring seasoned turkey, crispy bacon, and creamy avocado.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 4 slices whole grain bread
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, cook ground turkey until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toast the bread slices in the skillet until golden.
- Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer turkey, bacon, and avocado on two slices of bread.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread, mayonnaise side down.
- Slice the sandwiches in half and serve.
Notes
- Feel free to add lettuce or tomato for extra flavor.
- Use gluten-free bread for a gluten-free option.
