A hearty breakfast casserole featuring biscuits and gravy.
Ingredients

- 1 can of refrigerated biscuits
- 1 pound of breakfast sausage
- 4 cups of milk
- 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage until browned.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour and milk, then add to the sausage.
- Cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the biscuits into quarters and layer them in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the sausage gravy over the biscuits.
- Pour the egg mixture on top, then sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
Notes
- Use any type of sausage you prefer.
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or onions.
- This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight.
