  • 3 cloves garlic: Minced.
  • 1 tablespoon ginger: Minced.
  • 250 grams (about 9 oz) mushrooms: Sliced (button or shiitake).
  • 3 green onions: Chopped, with white and green parts separated.
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil: For flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil: For cooking.
  • Salt: To taste (optional).

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces and marinating it with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. While the chicken marinates, clean and slice the mushrooms.
  3. In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat and cook the marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes until browned.
