Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cavatappi pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp blackening seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook cavatappi pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, toss shrimp with blackening seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Add garlic and cherry tomatoes, sauté for 2 minutes.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  8. Add cooked pasta, mix well, and season with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve immediately.
