Delicious blueberry cinnamon rolls with a sweet glaze.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add sugar, butter, and egg. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour and knead until smooth.
- Let dough rise for 1 hour until doubled.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread blueberries and sprinkle cinnamon over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into pieces.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice for glaze and drizzle over rolls.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen blueberries.
- Adjust sugar based on your taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
