Description

Delicious blueberry cinnamon rolls with a sweet glaze.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add sugar, butter, and egg. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour and knead until smooth.
  4. Let dough rise for 1 hour until doubled.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  6. Spread blueberries and sprinkle cinnamon over the dough.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into pieces.
  8. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
  10. Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice for glaze and drizzle over rolls.
