- 4 cups day-old bread, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese until smooth.
- Add milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
- Fold in blueberries and cubed bread.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
