Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, and salt.
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Warm corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds.
- Assemble tacos by placing shrimp, cabbage, pico de gallo, and cilantro on tortillas.
- Squeeze lime juice over tacos before serving.

- Adjust spice level by adding more chili powder.
