Description

Ingredients

  • 4 tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer tortillas in a greased baking dish.
  4. Add bell peppers and sausage over the tortillas.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the layers.
