Soft and fluffy brioche dinner rolls perfect for any meal.
Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 large eggs
- 1 egg yolk for egg wash
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add melted butter and eggs to the flour mixture.
- Pour in the yeast mixture and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Divide the dough into 12 pieces and shape into rolls.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Brush with egg yolk and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be frozen for later use.
