Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish.
  3. Steam the broccoli until tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Add steamed broccoli and half of the cheddar cheese to the egg mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish.
