A quick and easy low carb dish featuring chicken and broccoli stir-fried together.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken slices, cook until browned.
- Add broccoli and soy sauce, stir well.
- Cook until broccoli is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.

- Use fresh broccoli for best results.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
