- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced pickles (optional)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella, optional)
Instructions
- Cook the chicken: Boil, grill, or bake the chicken breasts until fully cooked (about 20-30 minutes at 375°F if baked). Let the chicken cool, then shred it using two forks or your hands.
- Combine the shredded chicken with Buffalo sauce: Add the Buffalo sauce to the shredded chicken in a large bowl, stirring well to coat evenly.
- Prepare the slider buns: Toast the buns in the oven or on a skillet until crispy. Meanwhile, prepare the toppings: slice the cheese, chop the lettuce, and slice pickles if desired.
- Assemble the sliders: On each toasted bun, add a generous spoonful of Buffalo chicken, top with shredded lettuce, a drizzle of ranch or blue cheese dressing, and any other toppings. Place the top bun on and gently press down.
