Ingredients

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup pickles, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, pickles, and onion.
- Add the cooked beef on top of the salad mixture.
- Drizzle with mayonnaise and mustard.
- Toss gently and serve immediately.
