Ingredients

- 1 head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1–2 stalks of celery, sliced
- 1 packet of onion soup mix
- Water or vegetable broth
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté onions and peppers until soft.
- Add chopped tomatoes, carrots, celery, and cabbage.
- Pour in enough water or broth to cover the vegetables.
- Add onion soup mix and stir well.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
