- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add bell peppers and cook until soft.
- Mix in chicken and cook until heated through.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir.
- Add Cajun seasoning and Parmesan cheese; mix until smooth.
- Combine pasta with sauce and stir well.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
