Description

Delicious cannoli cheesecake bars with a creamy filling and a crunchy crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, ricotta, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add mini chocolate chips and cinnamon, then mix well.
  6. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  7. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
  9. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  10. Cut into bars and serve.
