Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and cook until they are soft and caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Push onions to the side and add chicken to the skillet.
- Cook chicken until browned on both sides, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the chicken and onions.
- Cover and simmer for 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve warm with onions on top.
