Delicious and juicy chicken kabobs perfect for grilling.
Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cubed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- Skewers
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and coat well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill the kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling.
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Pair with your favorite dipping sauce.
